I've had this ladder for about a year and have used it a handful of times. I am very pleased with it because it seems sturdy and well constructed, and I always feel safe on the ladder. It did end up being much longer than I needed because I just guessed, so I would recommend actually figuring out what size ladder you need because this one is kind of hard to maneuver since it is so large. It does slide together in a manageable length for storage though (I have a standard depth garage and it fits fine hanging on ladder racks on the wall). Delivery was easy too!

I had to refuse the credit card charge because there is no way short of a written letter (which I sent and never got a response) that the item was returned. I recently painted my living room. We have 10' ceilings and I setup this ladder as a scaffold placed a 1"x12" board on top and walked along as I "Cut-in" the top edge. This was much faster than moving the step ladders every 3 feet. I am 6'6" tall and 240lbs and the ladder was very solid.

I then extended the ladder to "Cut-in" the ceiling over the stairway.



This is the "Only Ladder I Need".

The box was beat up during shipping and the ladder was knocked out of square. The frame is 1x4 pine, stapled together. the ceiling panel is 1/8 luan and kinda flimsy. I would not want it in my house or somewhere that I would be up and down it a lot. But all in all it was a good buy. I haven't installed it yet.
